Privacy policy.

The short version is simply that Shark Attack won’t spam you. Nor will the studio sell your email address to anybody who might.


And the long version?

  1. Shark Attack respects and protects your privacy. To simply browse the site you do not need to provide any information about yourself. However, if you contact the studio via this site’s online form, you will be asked to provide your name, and email address. If you request a printed brochure then you will be asked to supply a physical address for delivery. Shark Attack will never give out this information without your consent (caveat: see item 6 below).
  2. By using email to contact Shark Attack (including use of this site’s contact form) you accept that the normal issues pertaining to the levels of privacy and security (or lack thereof) inherent in standard email shall apply.
  3. At this time Shark Attack is not an e-commerce site, and no financial information will be requested from you via this site.
  4. This web site does not currently use cookies.
  5. We do make use of the standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider, and these logs record such data as your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times and referring web site addresses. This information is collected automatically both by the web-hosting provider and also by the Google Analytics service, and is used only to provide general statistics regarding use of Shark Attack's web site. Such site visitation data is never linked with personal visitor information.
  6. It may be necessary for Shark Attack to disclose your personal information if:
    1. required to do so by the laws, rules, and regulations of any nation, state, or other applicable jurisdiction, or
    2. there is a need to protect and defend the rights or property of Shark Attack and its web site.
  7. Whilst Shark Attack provides links to other web sites, it cannot control and cannot be responsible for the information collection and privacy practices of such third-party web sites, which may differ from this web site’s practices.
